What does the New to FE Programme entail?

Who is this programme for?

We know that the support and development for new teachers to FE is imperative and so this is a training and development platform to support. Whether you teach 16-18s, adults, apprenticeships or any other groups in FE, the training and development community will support. We recommend the training for anyone within their first 2-3 years of teaching in FE.

Who should NOT join this programme?

Experienced FE teachers or those new to the sector who aren't interested in getting off on the right foot within their first few years!
